Design for all - universal design course for increased accessibility

Need to improve your skills in usability, accessibility and universal design? Thinking about how you can design products and services so that as many people as possible can use them, regardless of functional ability? In this two-day course, our experts guide you through concepts, tools and methods linked to the standards SS-EN 17161 and ISO 9241-11

In the societies of the future, services and products need to be adapted for all categories of residents, regardless of functional abilities. The purpose of the Universal design standard SS-EN 17161 is to promote accessibility and usability in products and services by integrating users' needs and abilities in the design process. The standard provides guidelines for organizations to broaden their user perspective by including human diversity in their design and development processes. By understanding and taking into account the needs and conditions of different users, it can be ensured that more people can benefit and have a better user experience from what is produced.

This two-day course focuses on universal design, accessibility and principles of design for all. The course is led by two experts in the field and gives you the knowledge and tools needed to create inclusive, accessible and user-friendly products and services for a diverse audience.
