Cyberlyftet - An introduction to cyber security
This course provides a basic understanding of how to protect digital systems, networks, and data against cyber threats. Through a number of chapters and practical exercises, you will learn how to identify and deal with various cyber threats.
This course aims to increase awareness and knowledge of cybersecurity, as well as equipping participants with practical skills to protect themselves and their organizations against cyberattacks.
The course is aimed at people without previous knowledge and includes about 2 hours of work.
After the course, participants are expected to be able to:
- Understand basic principles of cybersecurity.
- Identify potential cyber threats and understand their consequences.
- Apply basic security measures to protect digital information and infrastructure.
- Use your organization's reporting procedures in case of suspected security threats.
