Contact PerMachinery placed on the European market shall be CE-marked in accordance with the Machinery Directive and other applicable directives.
RISE has extensive experience in CE marking of machinery and can offer comprehensive solutions, including testing and evaluation for fulfilment of e.g., the Low Voltage Directive, 2014/35/EU and the EMC Directive, 2014/30/EU.
We also help our customers with e.g., determining relevant requirements, risk assessments, review of documentation and training to any desired extent.
The introduction of the Regulation on machinery products (a revision of the current Machinery Directive) means that the rules will be adapted to new technologies used in machinery. An example is; Protection against corruption, which means that machinery connected to other devices or by means of a remote device communicating with the machinery must be designed in such a way that this does not lead to hazardous situations.
As a customer of RISE, you benefit from our broad and collective expertise. Our customers especially appreciate when we help them develop their knowledge in the field of machine safety and the requirements placed on the products they develop. In this way, RISE strengthens the competitiveness of the industry, which is also an important task that we have received from the Swedish government.
