One of few facilities in Europe that can conduct impact tests on truck cabs. Accredited testing is performed in collaboration with SMP.
The facility consists of a test hall specially adapted for impact tests of trucks and large vehicles, with associated impact bodies and a balanced hydraulic roof plate for static roof load.
Impact tests and static load tests can be performed according to:
- VVFS 2003:29
- ECE R-29
The facility is equipped in such a way that powerful lighting can be used for high speed filming. Additional premises close to the test hall allow for preparation and storage of test objects.
