The research in Testbed PFAS aims to find cleaning techniques for PFAS-polluted soil and water. The project also evaluates PFAS-free fire extinguishers for liquid fires.

Here is a recently published article by Dahlbom,S., Mallin,T. & Bobert, M. about the implemented fire extinguishing tests.

The film below shows two parallell fire courses for two different fire extinguishers, where one contains PFAS and the other is without PFAS.
