FEMAS: Fossil free, efficient mass transportation in cities

The FEMAS project will identify the obstacles that stand in the way of rolling out more efficient truck combinations with lower emissions and higher load capacity in Swedish construction and infrastructure projects

Together with municipalities, vehicle manufacturers, researchers, and industry stakeholders, the project will identify how we can roll out more efficient, fossil-free truck combinations with lower emissions and higher load capacity in Swedish construction and infrastructure projects.

The project is preparing for several pilots in multiple cities to enable regulatory changes. The project is well aligned with the ongoing Innovation Journey for HCT and is well anchored within the Swedish Transport Administration's R&D program.
