Contact LindaAccredited tests for mechanical, physical and chemical properties on ground granulated blast furnace slag, pigments and fly ash to concrete according to EN 15167-1, EN 12878, EN 450-1, SS 137003 and AMA Anläggning. We also perform product audits / monitoring in the above-mentioned areas against the Construction Products Regulation, CPR.
Additions such as ground granulated blast furnace slag and fly ash are included in system AVCP 1+ which involves supervisory testing, audit and evaluation.
When using the concept of equivalent performance of combinations concept (EPCC) RISE may carry out the establishment, validation and continuous verification of permissible proportions according to Annex O in SS 137003 and according to addition with respect to heat of hydration, sulfate resistance and alkali content according to AMA Anläggning.
When ground granulated blast furnace slag (ggbs) is used together with CEM I or CEM II/A, it is possible to demonstrate a higher efficiency factor (k-value) than 0.7 according to SS 137003. RISE has the opportunity to help customers with this and exhibit a statement.
The results constitute, among other things, the basis for customers' CE marking against EN 15167-1, EN 450-1 and EN 12878, internal audits and to show that the product meets the requirements of, for example, AMA Anläggning or SS 137003.
See also our services for testing binders and aggregates as well as certification according to the Construction ProductRegulation (CPR).
Testing and product audits of addition for concrete take place in our laboratory located in Borås. See common methods under Standards.
Test report or product audit report according to method/standard is obtained. When demonstrating the equivalent performance of combinations concept and extended k-value, a written statement is obtained.
