The organizational and social work environmental factors are of central importance in order for employees to maintain their wellbeing and deliver the work required,
For employers, in both private and public organizations, an in-depth analysis and evaluation of organizational and social work environmental factors is valuable to highlight what already works but also identifying what needs to be developed. It might concern management and governance, division of tasks, participation, the social climate and interaction in an organization. The evaluation might also highlight the importance of resources in the terms of staffing and their skills, working methods, opportunities to influence and recover at work.
The analysis and evaluation are based on current and evidence-based models for organizational and social work environment as well as the Swedish Work Environment Authority's statute book for systematic work environment management (AFS 2001: 1) and Organizational and social work environment (AFS 2015: 4). The company's / organization's own data (employee surveys, occupational injuries and disease statistics) are used in the analysis and can be supplemented with additional data collection through interviews, workshops, observations or surveys.
We always offer a concise digital report where purpose, method, analysis and results are reported. Based on the current business needs, we can also provide oral feedback and conduct workshops to come up with appropriate actions. Feel free to contact us if you want to know more!
