After completing the course, you will have a clear understanding of your role and potential in a circular transition. You will gain clarity on which circular strategies best suit your business and why, as well as a concrete plan for your first, or next, circular offering – ready to be implemented in practice.

Format

The course consists of three parts. The first part is a self-study section with four films that each participant completes individually. In the lecture series, experts from RISE go through fundamental concepts in the transition as well as approaches and strategies to transform your business while taking advantage of new conditions.

The second and third parts are two workshops. These two parts are done together. They help you identify needs, business risks, and opportunities, prioritize areas, and create a plan for a sustainable business strategy. By identifying these areas, you can develop a concrete action plan for a sustainable and business-driven strategy, adapted to both short- and long-term business development.

The workshop material includes all necessary instructions and templates. All instructions are in a course guide aimed at the facilitator who will guide the rest of the group through the course. This can be someone in the management team or the board of the company, but we also offer support in this role.

Target group

Business-Driven Climate Transition is aimed at management teams and boards, ensuring that the entire company’s leadership has the same understanding of how climate issues affect the business. This creates a unified strategy and understanding of how you can together lead the business towards a sustainable future.
