Experts from RISE supports companies to achieve their goals in product development. Introduction of new methods is done step by step and the company evaluates them through tests in its own business. The underlying theories are explained to create insights into how the company's needs are best met. The service includes 5-10 workshops.
Purpose
A dynamic model for managing development projects is being introduced gradually. The model is based on principles from agile-, lean- and systematic product development. We combine the best of several worlds to handle complex product development of technical systems. The current situation at the company is described and challenges are identified. The coaches from RISE visit the company periodically and agree on the steps to be taken. If you would rather meet digitally, it also works well. Theory of product development is explained and the company chooses development path with support from RISE. The change work methods is based on practical tests of different methods in the ongoing business. RISE coaches the company's staff, but the company owns the change process itself. Concepts such as sprints, product backlog, visual planning, heart rate meetings, retrospective evaluation, etc. are reviewed. When the change work has started at the company, the coaching is then adapted to the company's specific needs.
