Sensory laboratory including preparation area

A sensory evaluation through all senses can be evaluated in our laboratory. 

The sensory lab offers

• 12 ISO-standardized sensory booths.
• A food graded preparation kitchen.
• Large storage possibilites for both room temperature as well as refrigerator and freezer.
• Temperature and humidity chamber with temperature log and lock possibilities (if e.g., pharmaceutical products are tested).
• A selected and trained descriptive panel, following ISO standard. 
• A large consumer data base. 
• Software programs applicable for computers, tablet computer and smart phones. 
• Access to larger rooms for consumer measures. 
• Sensory staff with large experience of methods and products. 
• Statistics and data analysis.
