The registration will open in January 2025.
Conference Participation Fees
Below is a list of participation fees for ISTSS 2025. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Please note that the prices are listed in EUR, but payment will be made in ISK (Icelandic krona).
Early Bird Discount
Register by 16 February to receive an early bird discount on your participation fee!
Speaker fee
A reduced fee is offered to those speakers who register during the early bird period (before February 16). This fee also applies to those who will present a poster during the conference.
Student Discount
A 25% discount on the fee will be offered to students who can present a valid student ID or equivalent.

* VAT (Value Added Tax) rules for a physical conference imply that all delegates will be charged 25 % VAT, but the VAT can be reclaimed in most cases. The VAT will be specified on the receipt/invoice. Hence, a valid VAT or tax registration number for your company organisation must be provided with the registration.
