Research support in building physics

Building physics is the knowledge of heating, air and moisture movements in buildings. RISE conducts research in basic and applied building physics, primarily heat and moisture transport and air flow in building components and buildings. In order to evaluate and develop new products and building solutions or new applications to existing solutions, new knowledge may need to be developed through research. RISE has both broad and deep knowledge of research in the areas of moisture-proof buildings, indoor environment and health, microbiology, acoustics, airtight construction and energy-efficient buildings, and also collaborates with universities and colleges in the areas. We can carry out the research for you or support you in your own research.
