Contact SammieDocuments for archival preservation must meet the requirements in National Archives' regulations RA-FS 2006:4. This is achieved by using certified products according to RISE certification rules SPCR 004. Upon successful testing (e.g., ISO 11798, ISO 11108, ISO 9706), suppliers apply for certification at RISE, which issue those certificates.
RISE is an accredited certification body. The simplest way for an authority to verify that the correct materials are used to achieve archival permanence is to choose certified products according to RISE certification rules SPCR 004. It is also the easiest way for a supplier to prove to the authority that the product meets the National Archives' requirements.
RISE conducts both testing and certification, including compliance with the National Archives' regulations (RA-FS 2006:4) for permanent papers and writing and printing equipment. Certified products may be marked with RISE certification symbol and "Svenskt Arkiv".

The following procedure is applied:
Archival paper is evaluated according to ISO 11108 and permanent paper according to ISO 9706. Recording (writing, printing and copying) on paper is evaluated according to ISO 11798. The Swedish National Archives Regulations RA-FS 2006:4 refer to these.

The client obtains an international certificate, certified by RISE, for archival materials which shall be stored and preserved. Products certified for use in the preparation of documents to be kept for long periods of time are listed, follow the link in the right margin.
