FORUM - Pilot production of food

Nationally unique facility through the combination of staff and food grade premises with equipment for manufacturing, product development including production and product analysis.

The staff together with the premises, the equipment, and the analysis possibilities provide a unique, large-scale and multidisciplinary environment for the improvement of today's food production and the development of the food of the future.

The facility consists of equipment suitable for the manufacture and testing of equipment for:

  • Meat and fish products 
  • Bakery products
  • Plant-based products
  • Soups, sauces, juices etc.
  • Extruded products, meat analogues
  • Extraction of proteins, starch, fiber
