Since 2006 I’ve been helping Swedish food industries (some European as well) improve and reduce the environmental footprint of their products and production. I have good knowledge of what and how to best reduce the environmental impact of food production, from farm to fork, and gladly coach food companies in their sustainability work. My specific areas of expertise are oils and fats as well as food packaging.
At RISE, me and my 20 colleges use Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) as a tool to calculate climate and environmental footprints on food systems and have developed RISE climate database for food.
