Mealworms are farmed using heat from a Swedish datacenter

Heat is wasted from today's data center. In Luleå, researchers are trying to take advantage of the heat to grow mealworms - which seem to grow fast.
The technical newspaper Nyteknik has written an article about our mealworm experiment. We are running the test to collect measurement data. We need data on flow, temperatures, growth and food amount needed. It will give a basis to study environmental and economical impact of this application of heat reuse from datacenters.
